Why?

Why is a word we do not use often enough, ask ourselves why? as we demand more, as wars continue. Why?do some suffer and others not. Why? is an important word. Why is a word we do not use often enough, ask ourselves why? as we demand more, as wars continue. Why?do some suffer and others not. Search for the unseen

Is it easier to believe in only what we see?and make judgement from that in front of us?
But doesn´t all that we see have an unseen side, a more valuable often unacknowledged other side? For example, a mother smiles at her child, we often miss the love behind the action, or what if someone consoles us when we are sad, the action of comfort we see but what we do not always see is that person absorbing and feeling our sadness.
Behind every thing we see lies a part unseen.

Respiration

Take time to respire well. Breath in the fresh air of summer and allow it to to flow through you creating new energies. Exhale the tiredness and stress left in your body from the winter months and things that blocked your progress. Relax and absorb the vitamins and energy from the sun and open your mind to inspiration. Be at peace with yourself

Basic Instinct

We should be guided by our basic instinct, for some it is stronger than others. Your instinct if you listen to it will warn you if something is not right and if you proceed you need to proceed with caution. If you are introduced to someone, if you are receptive to your instinct you will know whether this person is right for you or not, or whether something is right. Feel it, instinct warns you to take care. Our instinct should protect us by warning us that something is wrong, signalling of things to trust or not.
If you meet someone you instantly take a disliking to, or are in a place or are asked to do something that doesn´t feel right, and you don´t understand why, it is because your instinct has made you wary of this person, place or action.

Origins

We all live under the same sky but we do not have the same horizons.
We have to understand that all people are equal, but are at times different. Each of us has our own past, present and future, one neighbour is different to your other neighbour. However we all have the same needs, to eat, love, mental stimulation and help.
Happiness, fear, longings and desires are all part of human nature, maybe we all experience these differently, but they all come from the same origins.
