Why?

Why is a word we do not use often enough, ask ourselves why? as we demand more, as wars continue. Why?do some suffer and others not. Expression

Those that express their doubts, their anxieties and their weakness and other negative emotions, expel them. Expression is expulsion and to expel these emotions stops them from hiding within you. The same is with anger, expel it in what ever form write it, paint it but expel it for it is a harmful emotion to hold inside. Expel all those negative thoughts that prevent us from pursuing our dream. Cleanse yourself of these negative energies and make room for the good ones.

I came and doubted...I left

I went full of anxiety and returned,

I gave into my weakness and failed.

I expelled my anger...but verbally

Finally I expelled all...and welcomed the new.
